Berland's House of Tools sells over 25,000
hand, power, stationary and woodworking tools. Specializing
in servicing building trades, we have continued to provide
the greater Chicago area with top-rate service and tool
expertise.
Service Centers
At Berland's we service what we sell.
Our five full-time factory-trained technicians are available
for all of your service needs. We are an authorized
service center for the following tool lines: Bostitch,
Delta*, Emglo*, Felker, Hitachi*, Honda*, Husqvarna*,
Imer, Kett - Saw, Kett - Shear, Makita*, Master Machine,
Metabo*, Milwaukee*, Mi-T-M*, M-K Diamond*, Panasonic*,
Partner*, Paslode*, Porter Cable*, Quincy*, Senco*,
Skil-Bosch*, Stihl, Stone and Thomas*.
*We also offer authorized warranty for
these lines.

Berland's currently operates three retail
locations in the suburbs of Chicago. Our stores in Lombard,
Palatine and Joliet are sure to meet all of your tool needs.

Selling Policy
We accept all major credit cards: Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also
accept checks with proper identification. Please see
below for information on our house accounts.
House Accounts
House accounts are provided for customers
in good credit standing. Terms are Net 30 days. Credit
applications are available at any of our locations.
Processing time can take up to two weeks.
Returns & Refund Policies
- Berland's accepts returns on all new,
unused merchandise.
- Returns accompanied with the original receipt will
receive a refund for the entire purchase amount. The
refund will be paid the same way the original purchase
was made. (i.e. Purchased by cash, refunded by cash;
purchased by credit card, refunded by credit card.)
- If you don't have your receipt, we will issue a store
credit, based on this year's lowest selling price.
- We offer a 30-day guarantee on most electric power
tools. If for any reason you are not satisfied with
an electric power tool, you may exchange it for a different
manufacturer's tool. Must be same tool type.
- Books and videos are non-returnable.
- Individual manufacturers have different warranty policies.
We follow the manufacturer's stated policy.
